I have Hardy Installed from scratch, and no evolution calendar reminders.

evolution 2.22.1-0ubuntu3.1
evolution-exchange 2.22.1-0ubuntu1

I had flaky calendar functionality in Gutsy and Feisty, but none at all in Hardy.
