Here is additional info from a console window where I started Evolution:

joe@basement:~$ evolution
BBDB spinning up...
e-data-server-ui-Message: Key file does not have key 'exchange:__robbins;<email address hidden>com_'

e-data-server-ui-Message: Key file does not have key 'exchange:__robbins;<email address hidden>com_' in group 'Passwords-Exchange'

The first message is when I press "Authenticate" when I am setting up Exchange on Evolution.
The second is when I enter a "password" and press OK.
