I am trying to follow the instruction on that link.
when I run gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-key 428D7C01
I get the following error:
gpgkeys: key 428D7C01 not found on keyserver
I am behind a proxy and I am using $http_proxy varable.
