How can we escalate this issue? This issue makes using Evolution 2.28 (Ubuntu 9.10) with Exchange 2003 unusable!

I get the formatting message all the time during the course of the day. What I did notice is that this is affecting the preview window only since I can double click on the message and a new window will pop up displaying the message contents!
