Hi Sebastien,
thanks for your reply and sorry for my late answer. This seems to be a larger issue which also applies to tor browser bundle's firefox 17.0.10 esr (which also produces no logging at all). It is not bound to a specific PDF and applies to all input fields (e.g. page and zoom text field). I'm completely stuck here...
