This is currently a placeholder while I re-run the upgrade process.

Basically:
1. images are lost (not yet known if still on disc)
2. admin credentials must be refreshed (sudo euca_conf --get-credentials must be re-run).

During a conference call, Dmitrii suggested this might be related to the euca DB not being upgraded, and asked to also verify groups, users, and keypairs (for completeness)
