Sylvain, are you positive that you are running the right version? Did you start from a clean state? Are there any other error messages on the storage controller? Is lvdisplay, vgdisplay and pvdisplay added to the white list of commands?

We have tested this several times on our end and I'm puzzled that you'd still see this, but we'd be happy to take a look.
