Hi,

the segmentation fault is really a eric3 problem in combination of eric3, python-qt. (I only have python-qt installed)
With the actual version of eric3, there is no segmentation fault anymore (compiled from source 3.6.2) and the qsizepolicy bug is not there anymore. but there is a strange behaviour with this qsizepolicy at all in python-qt. so we should check this in python-qt. and for eric3 wait for breezy :)
