The Epiphany browser when launched from the Ubuntu-dock, launches two instances of the application.

Although I confirmed this issue when running Ubuntu 20.04 I don't see the reported problem when running Ubuntu 22.04. Can anyone else confirm that this bug has now been fixed either in Ubuntu 20.04 or a later release?
