Yours actually renders better than on my systems. On mine, I can see the whole icon... but with a big gray background - and it covers up other items on the notifications panel. Other white-listed apps show the same behavior... though their icons tend to be the proper size.
I hadn't opened a bug on it, since it renders exactly the same on both of my very dissimilar systems (i980x desktop with nVidia graphics, and CR-48 with intel chipset) - so I figured it was a known bug from the gtk3 conversion that just hadn't been worked out.
