Bug Description
Here's the problem.
Emacspeak has an option to add a voice/sound server with physical locations something like /etc/tty0 (I've forgotten the specifics).
If you intend to use software you are told to put in "none" in the box. And the word none is already there. That's what I did.
Well, this default option does not work.
And the package does not install properly and remains uninstalled.
So I did apt-get remove emacspeak last night.
This morning, when i did apt-get update, this crash occurred.

The attached DpkgTerminalLog.txt indicates a problem during installation, specifically for emacs-snapshot.
I have a hunch that emacspeak has a hard-coded list of emacs variants it will support, which does not include emacs-snapshot, but this is just conjecture.
Alternatively, this may be due to http:// bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 688223 although I don't know how exactly.
