You appear to have a non-Ubuntu version of install-info, probably because you installed texlive at some point.
I will mark this bug as a duplicate of bug #630326; as a workaround, you can try to remove the rogue install-info from your path and retry the upgrade.
Your log file also contains a CUPS error near the end, but perhaps you already managed to resolve that independently.
