hm, you can use these one for flam3: http://packages.debian.org/sid/flam3 or according to http://community.electricsheep.org/node/51 there's a ppa for electricsheep and flac3 @ https://launchpad.net/~flam3/+archive/ppa
The packages for karmic are not there yet but I have used the intrepid ones and they're working fine on 9.10.
