I am really sorry for asking this kind of question, but you have lost me with the last solution. I am a newbie, and I don't really understand what I have to do.
Can you please give more details?

I went to etc/default/ I clicked on grub and then, I found the line where I have to add noacpi.
However, I can't save the file, and I don't understand this "# If you change this file, run 'update-grub' afterwards to update
# /boot/grub/grub.cfg."
Please, put me back on the right track.
