I am using the workaround - adding "ipv6.disable=1" to the GRUB_CMDLINE_ LINUX_DEFAULT line in /etc/default/grub- and this works well for me. After the recent updates to the LIBIND packages , i tried removing this entry, and the problem still exists, so those were no help. Still waiting for a resolution.
