Please sync efivar 38-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Fix creation of boot options on non-ACPI systems (LP: #2029407)

* Ignore stringop-truncation warnings in text_to_guid, seen when building
with lto.
The 0001-linux-
The stringop-truncation warning patch seems unnecessary given build success without it.
