@exlerm EDK2 is mostly a developer kit, so there isn't much user documentation as such. Mainly there is this README for OVMF: https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/blob/master/OvmfPkg/README. There also is a rather sparse GitHub wiki here: https://github.com/tianocore/tianocore.github.io/wiki/edk-ii.
