In addition to the verification that Joao has made, I also verified that the proposed virt-install works as intended for both the old(ovmf<=0~20191122.bd85bf54-2ubuntu3.3) and the new ovmf(>=0~20191122.bd85bf54-2ubuntu3.4) OVMF versions:
