Comment 29 for bug 1570617

Change that triggers the mismatch is in the archive and seen in [1].
The correct status for now is Fix Committed, waiting for an AA to resolve that by promoting edk2.

Also thanks to APW who fixed the script generating the list of mismatches that was unable to handle unicode in my launchpad name.
