Patched version of ecryptfs-utils is available here:

ppa:dominik-gierlach/enterprise

Changes:
- Allow backslashes in usernames
- Add pam hook and scripts (see http://askubuntu.com/questions/111803/enable-ecryptfs-for-all-new-users-even-those-authenticating-through-kerberos-an)
