Thanks for the additional information. I've added the Yogarine PPA using the instructions found here:

https://launchpad.net/~yogarine/+archive/eclipse

Can you tell me which of those plugins (if any) you installed via Yogarine, and which ones you installed through Eclipse? Also, did you install Eclipse ubuntu package, or did you directly download it from the eclipse website?
