Comment 1 for bug 109583

I have the exact same problem.

After upgrading to feisty I uninstalled eclipse (complete removal + got rid of any configurations and directories left over). After installing 3.2.2-0ubuntu3 eclipse does not start. (I tried starting as root as well, smae effect in both cases)
