Comment 3 for bug 330617

Hi i am new to linux world and it really took 6 months for me to install ubuntu in my AMD system only thing is i have to select safe grafics mode to install in my pc. So when i hear about the new version of ubuntu i just clicked on upgrade and after all the updates being downloaded system restarted and i was not able to log in to the system as it is hanging up and the screen freezes. I tried again and again but no ust finally i tried to do experiments and when i restarted i got options to boot i sellected option where i have option called repare so i have selected that and after 10 mins i am able to log in. After which it showed as broken pipe contact administrater to fix it and also got update that reprot to ubuntu after which it asked me to log in and after i loged in i saw the above option and tried to do the same unknowilngly what exactly it is and i have successfully removed dvdstyler but was not able to find the second one dvdstyler-data. I dont know what is the problem when i log in it is showing as ubuntu 9.04 and i can use the web browser normally and other things normally, i dont really know what is the problem which system showed when i loged in first time after the upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
