Nope, still getting this. It happened on Ubuntu 13.10, deja-dup 27.3.1-0ubuntu1, duplicity 0.6.21-0ubuntu4.1. I started doing an initial, encrypted backup and it came up with a restore test: http://kwl.me/ss/195620.png I entered my password and it then came up with the error I described before. This time I was backing up to an external btrfs partition.
