This is NOT a good automated response. Is this the kind of "customer care" we want Ubuntu to be famous for?

Where is the apology to the customer? Where are alternative help strategies offered?

The launchpad janitor message makes me ashamed to be connected to Ubuntu. I see this as worse than merely a "blocker"
