File sharing doesn't work

Bug Description
Binary package hint: dolphin
Trying to share files on a fresh install of Kubuntu doesn't work.
Try:
Open Dolphin
Go to Home folder
Right-click the Documents folder
Go to Share tab
Click on "Configure File Sharing..."
You will be asked for root password. Enter it.
Then nothing happens :(
I run Dolphin from the cli and I got the following errors:
No such method DolphinApplicat
QInotifyFileSys
QFileSystemWatcher: failed to add paths: /home/ofir/
Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address.

DOESN'T solve the problem!

Kubuntu 10.10 with latest updates to 05.11.2010, on Dell Vostro 3300.

Eventually a restart helped, but it shouldn't be that way.
File sharing needs to be easier...
