    + fix the helper tile not properly toggling (caused by gconf buffering

    + fix ArgumentOutOfRangeException for pids.ElementAt(...)
    + add missing disposals of fileenumerator
    + let FileDockItems open on middle click
    + fix a problem with bookmarks crashing when reading bad bookmark files
