that problem is resolved (workaround) by the change made into #2 comment above. Will try to downgrade dnsmasq-base but 2.73-1 is only available into Wily repo.
So should i need to revert the #2 change and force dnsmaq Utopic package (2.71-1) ? wonder about possible dependency conflict.
