And, onWin4x64.
I initilized GPT,
I partitioned 2 NTFS part.
But these partitions are not recognize on Ubuntu, too.
GPT was not compatible.
DiskUtility shows me, not formatted 2.5TB. not GPT, not MBR.

add:

Disk utility could not format GPT/MBR to 2.5TB. it failed. Gparted could format partation table GPT/MBR.
