There is also a new version of the IPv6 patch at https://www.fefe.de/dns/ (current the release is https://www.fefe.de/dns/djbdns-1.05-test28.diff.xz from January 2017).

Please update to this version of the IPv6 patch when releasing a new version of the dbndns package.

It fixes some other issues as well, see https://serverfault.com/questions/627912/djbdns-dbndns-dnscache-query-ipv6-only-nameservers
