The djbdns package still does not add the relevant users.

djbdns package should add these users

User:homecatalog:shell

dnslog:/var/log/dns:/bin/false
dnscache:/etc/dnscache:/bin/false
tinydns:/etc/tinydns:/bin/false
axfrdns:/etc/axfrdns:/bin/false
