disk-manager is in the Ubuntu archive sync blacklist as a fix for bug 333596. You'll probably want to talk to Steve Langasek if you think the issues that led to its removal no longer apply. I'm setting this bug to incomplete waiting for a follow up about whether this is wanted in Ubuntu.
