Breezy 5.10 Preview Release installer CD completely fails to activate DHCP on a
machine I'm trying to install it on. It doesn't actually appear to be sending
discover packets, as my DHCP server isn't logging any requests from the machine
in question -- it's almost as if the DHCP client is trying to do this without
even bringing the layer 2 link up.
