Comment 65 for bug 1547183

We are now down to 4 packages blocked by mysql-5.7 (mythtv, netmrg, yate, zabbix); 3 packages that are going to be left broken for now (drupal7, libvirt-php, php-horde-mongo); 3 false-positives due to alternate deps (cakephp, musica, pictor);
php-radius, which is blocked by php-defaults which we're cleaning up; and 1 proposed-only package.

Based on this, I'm going to go ahead with removal of php5, php-json, and dh-php5. Cleaning up the rest of the revdeps is tracked on http://pad.ubuntu.com/8eABivrkBv for now.
