After getting the latest packages, you should verify:
a) /sbin/udevadm is a real file not the during-update-shell-script
b) rebuild your initramfs for all kernels (since you're booted on a different kernel)
If "a" above isn't fixed, that's a new bug.
For "b", you'll want "sudo update-initramfs -u -k VERSION" where VERSION is the kernel version to fix.
