[nvidia-glx-legacy] desktop-effects doesn't enable the fx with a legacy nvidia card

Bug Description
Binary package hint: desktop-effects
While trying to enable the desktop effects with a legacy nvidia card I get an error saying that the effects could not be enabled.
I'm using a legacy nvidia card and restricted-manager reports that the card is enabled.

Running from the command line, i got this output:

I don't know why GLX is missing, i'll try to work on that.
