Comment 3 for bug 1266874

Any of the information that used to be located on http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/tags/tags-current.gz has been moved to the Debian Wiki https://wiki.debian.org/Debtags. Debtags 1.12ubuntu1 in Trusty contains a tags-current.gz that contains the relevant tags, removing the need to fetch the tags-current.gz file from http://debtags.alioth.debian.org which no longer exists. 1.10.2ubuntu1 in Saucy contains no such file, and since http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/tags/tags-current.gz is no longer accessible there is no easy way to fetch the tags-current.gz file. As it currently stands Debugs is not functional in Saucy.
