not want to do this, you will be able to select your keyboard layout from a list.

If no is chosen, then no list is presented, the installer skips to the next step and does not offer a list of possible keyboard layouts.

TEST CASE:
0) Boot alternate installer
1) Choose English for Language
2) Choose Finland for Location (found in other)
3) Default Locate choose United States
