Binary package hint: grub

Install fails due to the fact that IDE drives are not set in the boot order (SATA drive is), but ubuntu installer installs to IDE0,0.

Obviously there are 2 drives, sda, and hda. sda is set to boot from in the bios, but in drive order, hda is first so grub chooses it.

Asus motherboards with ability in bios to change drive boot order and have both ide, and sata drives are problematic.

I don't know about "expert" mode, but this problem has caused me several headaches.
