Bug Description

During the Jaunty install, about 75% of the way through I get:

Please insert the disk labeled : 'Ubuntu 9.04 _Jaunty Jackalope_ - Release Candidaet amd64 (20090414.1)' in the drive /cdrom/ and press enter

Media Change

<Go back> <Continue>

I haven't removed the disk, nor done anything unusual during the install. The install is to manually configured (using the menus) partitions. The CD has been verified and contains no errors, I have had the exact same thing twice now.

At this stage I can't do anything. If I select Continue or Go Back it asks again, if I press the eject button on the DVD drive nothing happens. The only thing I can do is power down.

If required, please let me know how to provide more information gathered from the install.
