Same with clean install of Ubuntu DD i386 Fligh 6 on two SATA disk.

Partitions are:
md0 sd[ab]1 swap
md1 sd[ab]2 ext3 /
md2 sd[ab]5 raidfs /home

Grub is instaled with root (hd0,0) but should be (hd0,1).
