Breezy's debian-installer didn't include mountfloppy in the initrds it built. I think this was an unfortunate result of desynchronisation between our release cycle and Debian's, which I didn't notice until it was too late. However, Dapper's debian-installer does include mountfloppy in its initrds, which should fix this bug.
