With the netboot image from march 10 (http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/focal/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/) it shows me following error,

          ???????????????????? [!!] Detect disks ?????????????????????
          ? ?
          ? Failed to load installer component ?
          ? Loading libc6-udeb failed for unknown reasons. Aborting. ?
          ? ?
          ? <Go Back> <Continue> ?
          ? ?
          ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
