Comment 62 for bug 427356

I use cryptsetup only for removable media which isn't connected at startup, and for filesystems mounted manually as loopback devices. Thus, can't we avoid using usplash if /etc/crypttab is empty/non-existant/contains only comments? That'll help a lot.
