Comment 2 for bug 821630

The problem is that debconf's graphical interface fails to run due to "Fatal IO error 11". I don't know what can cause this and it would be nice if debconf had some sort of automatic fallback to non-interactive instead of just failing. Thus reassigning to debconf.
