The same error is reported for
samba-common, apt-listchanges, text-common:

Setting up apt-listchanges (2.84) ...
dpkg: error processing apt-listchanges (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10
dpkg: error processing tex-common (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10

This starts to break some updates, but not all.
How do I debug this problem?
