Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Linux 5.18 compatibility (LP: #1981957)

  * Firmware loading portions of the driver only supported on x86, declare
    BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_ARCH=x86_64 in dkms.conf to only build this module on
    amd64.
  * Replace hardcoded list of BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL with automatically
    detected required config keys to build this module successfully.
  * Firmware loading portions of the driver only supported on x86, declare
    BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_ARCH=x86_64 in dkms.conf to only build this module on
    amd64.
  * Replace hardcoded list of BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL with automatically

Ubuntu dahdi is severely lagging behind the Debian version, and we piled up FTBFS patches that were already included in Debian - on top of that, we are probably missing packaging and general fixes - it's due
time we sync our dahdi package with Debian and then stick closer to it.
