I'll get back to you. I should point out that I had to use
RunAsUser no in breezy to get it to work. I explicitly
told cupsd to use reserved ports in the URI. Previously
it wouldn't print. Yes, I tried it without the ?reserved
option and that didn't work either.

ps. There are some problems in this package when one
attempt remote administration (even after reactivation)
I'll report this separately.
