Conclusion:

README says we don't support SSL, which is partialy true. CUPS is build against libgnutls, but it's unusable. Packages at http://www.grad.hr/~ivoks/ubuntu/cups solve this issue (autogeneration of keys is done).

Licensing issues should be checked and packages fixed according to results.
