to stop apparmor type this into the terminal:
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor stop

to edit /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd type this:
sudo gedit /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd
then do the proposed edit
